Here’s what happened in March for the Dawnbreaker’s Saga. Be warned, there will be spoilers!
Entry 26 – Jarnvida and the Companions take on the ghosts of Ysgrammor’s tomb in an effort to cure Kodlak’s spirit of its affliction. Along the way, Jarnvida gets into a scuffle with more ghosts than she can handle, and lets the Mutt get a taste of combat. After a surprisingly anticlimactic final battle with Kodlak’s wolf spirit, Jarnvida’s thoughts turn to what she’ll do now that she’s the Harbinger, and knows that the Glenmoril Coven’s magic can be broken.
Entry 27 – After taking down a Forsworn camp in her last episode, Kinua comes down with a bad case of Brain Rot from a wound she sustained fighting a Hagraven. She enters a strange, not-quite-Dreamstride-like state in which she has many visions, before finally arriving in Whiterun where she heals her affliction. Afterward she heads up to High Hrothgar to ask after a Shout that can bring down Alduin, and meets the master of the Graybeards: Paarthurnax.
Entry 28 – Worn out and reeling from her battle with Mercer Frey, Zaytest summons Inigo and the two of them strike off toward Whiterun, and Falkreath beyond. Along the way, they enter the domain of a pack of werewolves that once nearly killed her – but wind up tangling with something else, instead. Now on high alert, Zaytest enters the Twilight Sepulcher in order to undertake the Pilgrim’s Path, and return Nocturnal’s key.
Entry 29 – Meanwhile, in the Soul Cairn, Ingrath and Serana take out the two remaining Keepers and drop the barrier around Valerica’s prison. On their way to retrieve the Elder Scroll, however, the trio is ambushed by Durnehviir, an ancient dragon that guards the Soul Cairn. After temporarily slaying the beast, Ingrath is given a new title – Qahnaarin – and vows to find a way to summon Durnehviir in Tamriel, despite not having the Voice, himself.
